Great and polite service by phone and also on location. Got really fast an appointment to check what was wrong with my boiler. Also for the yearly check of the boiler they get in touch with me. I like this way of being organized.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Pushing for a new boiler without looking into the problem but just unplugging the old one, which leaves us with cold water and no heating for a whole weekend (not informing us about it). No solutions offered except to install a new boiler, but this cannot be installed anymore today. Do not recommend!

I called jvd on saturday as my CV boiler was no longer working. The mechanic came the same afternoon and had a big job to solve this problem. The costs were a bit disappointing for the repair, but because there was no maintenance the last few years, I had little choice. thx JVD for having a warm house again. Diane

They say that they have 24/7 service but they don't even respond to a call.
