Already picked up our package a number of times and had no problems with it, service is ok, now called from our holiday address that I would pick up the package a little later, the lady said on the line is no problem. My son went to pick up the package a few days later and it turned out that the package was returned. Had contact with post nl also found it a bit exaggerated that the package was already returned after 1 week and certainly after having had contact with the primera by telephone.
