Bad customer service. Extremely disappointing exchange options. It used to be happy, but turnover is apparently more important than customer friendliness. A gift cannot be exchanged within a period because the plastic is no longer around it. This while on the site it says that you have the right of withdrawal when you have viewed the product.
Super nice employees.
