Brought our hard drive here after all the pictures of this disappeared. We wanted to make sure that this could not be fixed so we brought the HS to computer service Assen because according to their site they are skilled at ... When we told this to a friend, he suggested connecting the hard drive to the computer with a free HS recovery program from Google, this program indicated in 1 minute that he had found 500 photos, let this run for a while and finally all our photos back. Called computer service and they said they wanted to check it because we wanted back our 30 euros that they asked for the service. After almost a week, he didn't hear anything and called themselves, they would call back because the person who was responsible was not there, this call back did not happen either. Called again and finally the answer was that they still had not found the photos on the hard drive .. Eventually called again that the photos were really there and that this was solved with a free program. In the end were we to blame because the communication on our part when we brought the product was wrong? CS Assen I do hope that if we bring a product with the question whether there are still pictures on it, that this is not the solution by connecting it to the PC in the normal way, you don't pay 30 euros for that, I think. Eventually got the 30 euros back and she promised that communication in the company would be improved because this was not the way things were done.
