I made an appointment over the phone and asked for someone with a lot of experience, emphasizing experience with very long hair. I made an appointment to wash, cut and dry my hair. When I was there the hairdresser asked if I wanted to wash my hair, which I expected she would know. She was very rough washing and it hurt. She asked what I wanted with my hair and I said layering and a little shorter in the front. She said that wouldn't be so nice with my long hair. She then literally cut about 20 cm and cut a little shorter in the front. Then she asked if I wanted to dry it and I said yes again (I had also requested this when booking). During the conversation I found out that she had only been working for this hairdresser for 3 weeks. In general I think it is a bit of a strange course of circumstances and a bit strange how it went. My hair was not cut the way I wanted and the hairdresser did not know exactly what my appointment was. I would therefore certainly not recommend going here.

This is the hairdresser where I have had my hair cut several times. Always nice and knowledgeable staff. You will always be helped on time with an appointment by telephone.
