The Primera on the Nolenslaan in Schiedam is absolutely not recommended to arrange your package affairs. They regularly lose packages that turn out to be there anyway. They claim that PostNL is lying with their takeout messages. And a very "sour" service. I don't go there at all anymore. Better to go to a reliable store. I have received a response from the owner which I appreciate very much. It is nice to know that this is also read and on the other hand I also want to indicate that in that period I was very dependent on the package service and possibly also irritated more quickly and that from now on I have to think before putting something like this on the internet . I will therefore withdraw my review because it was very short through the bend. Let me just say that both me and the employee (or co-owner, I don't know) could have been a bit more friendly. And certainly a bit more tolerant at a time when everyone is having a hard time, especially the shops. I will certainly pay more attention to that. Thank you.

I was the only customer this morning (8:00 am), I came to drop off a package to ship. Two employees (older woman and young lady) had a serious conversation, the older woman said to her colleague, "are you going" ... I was kindly helped by the young lady. I both wished a nice weekend and a nice working day, the older woman turned around, sipped her drink, with an attitude. What a WITCH that is saying .. in an irritated voice she said .. yes thank you. She clearly has to retire, or take a long course, how do you deal with customers. Fortunately she doesn't work there every day. I would go elsewhere for my packages

today I stopped by this nice nice big shop to buy some gifts. what do they have a wide range! there was a friendly young man [his name was yusuf or something] who helped us excellently, we will definitely come back here! highly recommended for everyone.
