Was sending a package and wanted to confirm something. Was then really laughed by the 2-headed staff, because it was probably self-explanatory for them, but I do not send packages every day so I wanted to know for sure. Apparently they don't understand that. Very customer unfriendly. One of the two corresponds in description to the description of the other review that is now here.

1 old lady who works there should be fired immediately. Very rude to the public. Packages are thrown even though there are stickers on mey fragile
