Fast delivery, product came in a box. Unfortunately, the 22mm / 40cm sds drill, has an effective range of 36cm, which was 1cm too short for my intended use :-( So I had to order a bigger drill head (600mm) as well. Overall, I had a good experience with the company! :-)

I ordered a lamp, after 3 weeks of waiting, they just send me money back. I already send few mails to them, as they stated delivery in 3-5days. First they said, they received different product then I ordered, then they just stopped responding. By the way lamp I ordered is still available online with same delivery time promise.

The flat plug did not match the image / description on the website. After our doubts, still bought until we received the product. 2Cheap emailed and called with heavy evidence and still proved us wrong. On the phone it even came across as arrogant, the literal words of that salesman probably: "we are too busy and therefore no time to discuss". Even though you may return the product, the return shipping costs are for the end customer.
