Super people, good work, friendly and great hair products!
First; not to the hairdresser herself but they definitely didn't do my girlfriend's hair the way she asked they said it was possible.
She asked for an ombré color, this is where it goes from natural hair color at the top to lighter at the tips of the hair. They bleached the hair highlights. not even close to the requested effects. made it clear that they weren't highlights, we SHOWED PHOTOS she asked about, and OOOOOH herself said that way.
Then the length, my girlfriend had hair across her chest, clearly indicated that she only wanted the ends trimmed. during the appointment she indeed asked about a cut length, again the dots. she showed a slightly longer length afterwards but that was for the layers .... At the end she mentioned that maybe 2 centimeters had gone off? the hair now falls slightly over the shoulders in length. there is really 8 cm minimum off when it is no more.
In addition, the hair feels really really damaged now.
Certainly not happy, more than a year of growth is simply gone! hair is damaged and the whole style that was asked about just didn't work out ... now just find a way to fix it elsewhere. Money wasted
