De Bijenkorf (Den Haag)

Visited the Jo Malone stand a while back and I was helped by Svetlana, who took her time to explain to me everything that there is to know about the perfume line. From notes, to best combinations. I would like to thank her once again, because thanks to her I was able to decide and purchase the perfume that matched me.

The lines seemed long but it is very well organised.safely and friendly. Within 10 tot 12 minutes I was inside and though there were lines at the till it took less than 10 minutes to move to the till and check out.

Amazing shopping experience. Loved the men's and kid's floor. Best deals during the sales days.

I bought a pair of quite expensive shoes here (395 euros) and wanted to return them today, only problem was that the deadline had already ben expired for almost 2 weeks. I thought I'd give it a try anyway. It was obvious that I hadn't worn the shoes and I showed pictures and my passport as proof that I was on vacation (that was why I hadn't been able to return them). The lovely employee named Bianca called in her manager (Marco) and immediately found it no problem at all to take back the shoes. Super friendly and awsome customer service. You rarely see this kind of service nowadays. Well done, Byenkorf, I take my hat off for you! Thank you very much again and I already know where I will do my shopping from now on :-) Cheers, Richard
