An update was needed on the dish of my motor home. I had received one via email, but this had not been successful at home. Ziezotec has set up the update for me. Top service, very kindly helped and because I had the dish placed there more than 2 years ago, it was also free

Unfortunately my first experience was not very positive. I inquired if there was an update of a certain type of Alphatechnic TV to make the CD and whether Joyne fast scan possible. The short answer was 'no there is not'. In the end I wrote to the manufacturer in my best German and within only 1 day I had the update on the mail. I was so disappointed with Ziezotec's response that I will not be the first to approach them with a new purchase. Too bad such a reaction. Furthermore, it will be a good company, but my enthusiasm has tempered considerably.
