Good products but the service is far below par. We had an order of which two devices were incorrectly ordered. The refrigerator was exchanged but without communication we had to pay extra. Talking did not help. We will never get there again.

Sells TVs and white goods. The "Löwe Opta" brand for TVs and the "Siemens" brand for white goods are virtually private brands.

A great shop for electronics in the higher segment. Unfortunately, the prices are also somewhat higher than can be found at comparable internet shops. The added value in terms of advice was not enough for me to buy here.

I think good advice is very important that you don't get it from the internet. You will not be put on (expensive) devices
