Excellent, almost all of Apple devices in reasonable prices, friendly staff
Unfortunately a bad experience. Bought a new iPhone in May including all bells and whistles, so spent enough money. Back in October vw problems with the phone and sent away. Back again a few days later. The phone was then taken in for repair. Now back but I am not getting a new screen protector. So then you pay a lot of money for all kinds of products. The phone turns out to be broken (with all the inconveniences that come with it) and now I have to spend money on a new screen protector. Super bad and never going back here. Then even better to The Hague to the apple store.
Bought AirPods here in January this year. Unfortunately the sound on the right is much softer. Product brought back to the store you would think you had € 159 at the time. paid and still have warranty. If you register the product for repair, nothing is said about possible costs within the warranty. After a week you will receive an email that you can pay € 32. Research costs and cleaning.
I think this is really ridiculous. This was my first and last purchase in your store.
Very nicely helped by Max and his colleague in choosing a macbook pro. Much friendlier and more helpful staff than the Mediamarkt.
A top store with good conditions, price, know-how and very customer-friendly and pleasant employees.
