The "club" uses fear tactics to market their membership. For example, a friend of mine was told that - despite being of normal stature - he would be deadly overweight. Then there is sports. This is all well and good, but the "instructors" are not trained to be sports instructors, which creates risk of injury. Finally, these types of "24 fitness clubs" are a part of the herbalife organization. I advise anyone who is considering going here to do a good googling what kind of organization that is before getting involved.

Lovely to work twice a week with my wife at Jody and Dennis. The variation in training is great and boxing afterwards! Do not forget the sports drink and herbalife recovery shake! Go through amigos!
