My first time at Zenang. What a beautiful studio. It's serene, wonderful lit, clean and it even smells real nice. I did a restorative yoga class with Biddy. Such an amazing experience. I felt it was safe to completely relax and let go. Great experience! I also met with Pritha the owner of the studio (she was taking this class also) and it was clear how much she loves her studio, the teachers and all the people that come to do the yoga classes at Zenang. Highly recommend.
Zenang yoga is a welcoming and friendly place. The instructors are exceptionally optimistic, kind and knowlegeable and have all had professional training and yoga / yoga degrees and yoga backgrounds: true yogis. They explain postures in detail and also encourage you to listen to your body and make you feel comfortable. For me this studio feels like home and it is great going there after a day of hard work!
Best Restorative Yoga class I’ve ever attended! Pritha has a very calm presence & was very attentive & aware. Lots of good props to use in the serene space. Only wish I lived closer to attend more classes. Came away feeling very relaxed & happy.
I LOVE these yoga classes as each time it’s a great experience! Professional, fun and peaceful.
I feel energized and relaxed after the sessions. All Zenang teachers are taking you through each posture with great demonstration and verbal instruction which is important to enhance my practice. Also I like that I can choose different classes and styles which are easily to book online.
Amazing yoga place with amazing yoga teachers! I loved all classes i made during my stay in Holland, cosy atmosphere and such a beautifull details all around. You just have to try it and i promise you ´ll keep coming back!
