My favourite hardware store. Whenever I needed tools on short notice, they either had it on site or had them within a day or two. Not to mention it employs professionals. Highly recommended if you're a tradesman.

Beautiful location to sit by the canal on a warm and summery day. Quiet and away from tourists. I stumbled across this place while exploring the area with my bicycle. If you’re in the area why not pass by and relax in front of the refreshing canal.

Resigning from the cabinet, people with short fuses, or who do not take others into account ... it would make you despondent.
But fortunately there is also just a nice guy from Gereedschapwinkel Kruis on the Rotterdamse Rijweg in Overschie who helps someone spontaneously!
The mirror of my scooter was loose, and after a long time of worry, it suddenly broke off completely on Friday afternoon. I have osteoarthritis, also in my neck, which makes it difficult to look back, so I cannot do without a mirror.
I didn't know what to do, after all, everything is closed. Then I drove past Kruis and saw that there was some sort of counter at the front door for takeaway items. I thought, I ask if they know what to do. What do you think? That man says, 'I'll check it out', and with a lot of effort he put that mirror back on! Top! Very happy with it, thank you very much again! 🙏🏼 When I asked what he got from me, he said your smile. Where can you still find that nowadays ?! 👍
