Initially very fast and professional repair. However, after that made an extra appointment and had contact via email. After this unfortunately never received an answer. Even after multiple e-mails no reply ....

Unfortunately, within a year we had leakage in the same gutter in the gutter after the repair of Mr Laban. After we had asked if he could "look" at this (as it was about previous work) we did not receive any response to mail or telephone at first. After a few weeks of finally being able to get in touch, we were told that he did not know if he still had to call us. But at last Mr Laban would come and see. One evening we received an invoice in the mail if we wanted to pay it. We were very surprised because we did not even know that work was going to be carried out let alone. We had not given any instructions for this at all. Unfortunately, Mr Laban thinks differently about this and if we wanted to pay for it otherwise, steps were taken. This was the last time for us.
