Was the last time! So far 3x carpets to wash. Last time I was shocked when I rolled open my own carpet. Was dirty picked up and returned dirty. Seemed like nothing was done with it. They do not even accept their mistake !! Had a very discussion on the phone .. totally not customer friendly.

NEVER AGAIN!!!!! I gave my carpet and got it back horribly! The color of my carpet was brown, and I got the pink back. THANKS HEEE !!!! what did I need a pink carpet in the middle of my living room! And then don't even accept your mistake, keep on lying.
