Perfect organization. Good service. Sometimes an order is not in stock and this is compensated by delivery of a free alternative.

When are you coming to the Westland? Save us from that terrible Jumbo!

We now have a large part of our groceries regularly delivered by Picnic, excellent service if something goes wrong. Range may be slightly expanded yet.

Never any problems, super employees they sometimes work too hard. But it is a great company. Complaints are resolved very well!

The very first order immediately went wrong. A promotional item was not delivered and a schnitzel was no longer good either. Was promised to repay with apologies. Never happened. In the meantime, there is no response at all to complaints. The first order therefore immediately became the last. Very sorry. Should have been looking forward to it and having to wait a year before finally ordering. Then this is a bitter disappointment.
