Great service especially for a first time camera buyer all the questions answered and between the two cameras that. I was looking at the lower cost camera was recommended based on my needs of use. All the accessories where shown at my request even taken out of the box to show me even though. I did not end up buying all of them and of course it was even better because coolblue did not have the camera in stock it was cheaper and included more accessories buying the cannon m50 from this location

I placed an order to buy a camera, 2 lenses and a camera bag on 18 Aug.
When the package arrived there was no camera bag.
I waited for an extra day then contacted the customer service proactively, just to find out the bag was out of stock.
I waited for another week and asked about the camera bag again, then I was offered an alternative bag that was cheaper and smaller, but with the same price.
This is ridiculous and disappointing as I never got to know the status of the bag until I asked.
In addition, the lens 18-55MM IS II did not come in the original packaging and it was not mentioned on the website at all.
Such a great service! I had many questions about equipment and I got great advice.
Good service. The wait can sometimes take a while. But service is good and the guys there take their time with you to make sure you get the best equipment your looking for
This shop has a very good collection of cameras and accessories. Their website is also very informative. I would recommend visiting the website and checking availability at the store before visiting.
