I am very satisfied with this physiotherapy treatment. I came in with serious complaints on my shoulder. An accurate analysis was done by the physiotherapist Michiel. MIchiel takes a good look at your posture and how you should use your muscles better. Sometimes it is a bit difficult to move a shoulder that is painful (and that you necessarily want to continue working). I am very well helped in this practice and the complaints have decreased enormously. The practice looks proactive and neat. The physiotherapists who work there are of high quality (incomparable with previous treatments with other physiotherapists). With a question you can always call the practice and you will immediately receive a follow-up to your question. The culture in this company is therefore good: hard work is being done on your recovery.

I have a lot of experience with physiotherapists and the practitioners in this practice are by far the worst. In short; they are only interested in collecting invoices, they do not keep their appointments and as a patient you are not guided at all. Afterwards, unexpected accounts always follow and then they say they have forgotten to provide information about payments and schemes. As a patient you feel uncomfortable and not heard, they are only interested in getting as many appointments as possible from each patient in a year. Often an appointment starts later and that is shortened on the treatment time, even if they chat "cozy" that is deducted from the time of the treatment. Really outrageous. I will NEVER go here again and I would NOT recommend it to anyone.
