Bad experience with one of their clients

An excellent business relationship for many years. Top!

Do not respond at all to email, even with repeated requests. Later saw that the building I wanted is being renovated. Probably already sold and too much trouble to respond. The property is still on funda. Also not very up to date this company.

Ask by phone and then by e-mail if a storage room can possibly be rented (available), be invited for this on location and then experience that mr. Hulshof has forgotten the key, I think is sloppy. I had to drive 140 km for this. Then saying that he does not have a good feeling about renting out the storage space, I think it is 'rich' late (could have just been done by e-mail). In my entire business life I have (fortunately) never experienced this behavior. I don't feel good about such behavior now.
