Ordered an airport taxi, but they didn't book me in so I was in full stress early in the morning when nobody showed up. After calling they did send a taxi that arrived 20min later, but wanted full price. Had to renegotiate. I felt one slip up can happen. I advised my mother to take them, based on how they still brought me to the airport and the good offer, and they were late for her (10min). She had already left with an Uber when they arrived. This is enough reason for me not to order a taxi there anymore.

I have already paid 11 euro online from Den Haag Centraal to Oostduinlaan then we have called again to change the place for pickup to Den Haag Hs but then the driver still asked for 15.50 euro.

terrible service, disrespectful man on the phone, unwilling to help or give you any information. maybe they should find this man a more suitable job than customer service. find another taxi service !!!

they even have a female driver. AWESOME!!!!! today she brought us to Hoek van Holland with a group of 8 people and later she will pick us up again
