I am at the door at 11:30 a.m., not open. Look online must be open at 9:00 a.m. Try again at noon, still closed. Then just call, they were closed due to a break and would open again at 12.15. Missed opportunity then buy perfume elsewhere.

Unfriendly and arrogant staff. Really, the 16-year-old girl at Kruidvat with 2 days of work experience gave me even better service.

Very nice shop. It is not a great Douglas, but the basic things are definitely there! I was looking for perfume and since there was a promotion on a large part of the range I decided to go to Douglas! Nice and helpful staff, I even got a discount on perfume which was not on offer because I was searching for so long🙈. As a surprise, my bag was full of all free extras! We even had a Frisbee! I will definitely return here when my perfume runs out;) keep it up!
