The website isn't loading. Calls are only received 10:00-12:00 A.M. which is an issue when they are not answered. Emails are claimed to be in the hundreds a day, so not a plausible option. I simply want to know travel requirements/restrictions (during Covid) but unlike all the other countries - there is no website to find recent information. With a flight in a few days, this is super irritating and insulting. Why do we try to support countries by traveling if they don't care enough to share information with the very FEW people actually trying to enter their country?

I have a great experience and fast response! The embassy provide a Whatsapp service as well which is very fast. The service I have through phone and Whatsapp is really excellent and they are really helpful and polite people.

Very bad experience. No one answer phone calls. No one respond to emails. And no one respond to whatsapp messages! I tried all means of communication, it's been months already!

I have been trying to reach out to you for more than a week. Either via phone call or via the whatsapp number but unfortunately no one has answered me And i did send an email before u even ask but the same I wish if you guys answer as quick as u answer on here that would of been great!!

Big improvement was seen on a quicker communication, happy to see the good work of the beloved Egyptian embassy.
