Booked holiday to Turkey in December, traveled 2 weeks ago. When booking it was said that the flight times were not known. 1 week before departure I was informed by telephone that the flight times had not been changed. ??? not changed, I knew nothing about it. It turned out that we went late in the afternoon (we arrived at the hotel only 23.05) and returned early in the morning. So we missed 2 whole days on an 8 day trip! We paid nearly EUR 3900 for 6 days of vacation. Scam, if I had known this when booking (which they knew) I would never have done this. Also not offered any compensation. Never again for us travel agency katwijk.!
