On August 29, I ordered a new Cando front door with this Praxis, including installation service. In the end, the dimensions of my front door were taken by a technician at the beginning of October and the final order could be continued. Unfortunately, to this day no date has been received when the front door will finally be placed. I also do not receive any response via Praxis to my attempts to contact me, either by telephone or by contact form. The big disadvantage here is that my order is outsourced by many parties. The result is that no one knows the status of my order and no one can help me. Even if I would get a fitting date in the future, I am already satisfied. I understand any delay due to Covid-19, but after weeks of ignorance I want to know where I stand. Because I still get no further assistance, I would not recommend ANYONE to purchase a front door through Praxis, Cando or Skantrae.
