Bose soundbar and TV bought at splendor, in the beginning with soundbar a lot of problems and the men of splendor have been couple x, was a bit done with it after every x sound was lost, but luckily they came up with a solution by changing the modem and now works perfectly So simply top service and do not let you worry after purchase! Thank you great 👍🏻

First bought in 2011 at Pracht! Ao A Bosch stove and a T-V decoder. That decoder turned out to be able to do more than was written in the booklet and that was all nicely set by Pracht. Unsolicited.! Later something went wrong with the stove. Bosch did a difficult job, but Pracht! solved it quickly. The door of a new Miele dishwasher did not close properly. Pracht arranged the weather smoothly. In short, a series of pleasant service moments five years ago. Today, 2 September 2016, five years later (and no longer bought at Pracht!) The stove is completely out of order. I called at a good time: 6:05 pm on Friday night. Pracht again provided a solution. The service doesn't end, no matter how grotesque it may sound. If you are looking for the absolute lowest price, you must recommend Pracht! pass by, although there is always talk about prices there, but reasonable. If you always want to rely on your purchased equipment and want to be able to fall back on a service level from "past times", you should look up Pracht. Regarding old-fashioned service, time has stood still. In terms of technical knowledge and customer focus, this company is far ahead of its time. Chapeau !!
