Great place for bargains with maybe a little scratch on the packaging or machine.

Bought a dishwasher 2 weeks ago, helped expertly and kindly and could be delivered that same afternoon and take the old one, he still had 2 in stock 1 showroom and 1 packed so I would get the packed one. Top.
Due to circumstances I had to go alone, so when I get home I take the Rimaco website to show which one it has become, to find out that it is € 30 cheaper on the site. Had contact by phone, he indicated that this was damage models, when I confronted him with the fact that this is not in the article, he indicated that this applies to the entire site and that it is on the homepage. In my opinion this is still incorrect. On the homepage it is said that Rimaco can sell damage models, but not that this applies to all articles on the website.
Upon delivery, I also appeared to have received the showroom model instead of the expected packaged model.
Checked the website again to find out that the article in question is no longer on the website.
All in all, satisfied with the product. But still because of the above experience still a bad gut feeling left to the store.
Bought another nice TV for a great price!
