Since 2015 we have a new bathroom via Sanidump BoZ. Up to now we have had several service cases. This included LED lamps on the mirror wall cabinet, the built-in shower tap thermostat that broke twice and a hand shower (everything from Bruynzeel). All occurring issues have been resolved really well. I can only say that the service, even more than 5 years after purchase, has been very good. If you read other reviews, it is said that the sellers look unkempt, do not present themselves well, etc. I personally think the sellers fit well with a store formula that claims to go for premium brands at an affordable price. An informal approach, accompanied by a cup of coffee and a nice conversation will do the rest. I want to say: "Sanidump Bergen op Zoom keep it up !!"

Bad service buy a built-in shower for 700 euros !! Is there a crack in my hand shower .... in the meantime we are weeks further and we are sent from pillar to post. I'm able to throw everything on the counter and now we sit in our bathroom with a hole of about 15 cm! Who is going to reimburse that? We are going to work on it because service is not to speak of here !!

Terrible sales techniques used here. Seller, 'for our self-protection we can only give you the real price on the day you decide'. A so-called branch manager also came to have a say about why and we are the largest and so on. We could go to the competition with their offer ???? My husband and I have been in there for a very long time just to be able to get a price for a shower cabin, furniture and spray head, the shower tray has not even made a proposal for the seller. It was still fairly new, which is why it probably took so long, the wrong answer to everything is gloss, I said no, this is matte, well yes. Shower, I ask for the size, it is 90 x 90 cm. We measure 100 x 100 cm for security. I am looking for a piece of furniture that is 160 cm wide, that is how wide the seller says, we think it is a normal size ???? I have never seen such a dirty showroom with two lame salesmen. If this is Sani-Dump's strategy, this is complete anti-sale. You may be the biggest according to your two sellers with your 40 stores, but you are certainly not the most wonderful and customer-friendly business. A customer wants to know a net price before deciding and no longer wants to be pushed to be able to know a price only if he decides today. Sad and unacceptable, also tell your sales people to dress a little clean and not put a cigarette in their mouth while the customer has to sit on it. Marginal level, I warn people in advance, before you get a price you are two hours away and then you do not have a full price, because they have forgotten the shower tray. Never encountered such crappy sellers. Sani dump, it is hoped that you can supply to the wholesaler because with such personnel you are doomed to go bankrupt. Either you pay them too little because the motivation is hard to find, then it is better to recruit well-paid salespeople with a good fixed salary and a part commission so that they know why they have to work and are motivated. Also teach them the basics, customer-friendliness and decency. Even the branch manager with his cigarette is missing.

We are very satisfied with the customer focus and the way we have been served in the showroom. Everyone is very sympathetic, thinks along and takes their time. No savings were made on coffee, tea and cup a soup either .. very nice extra. We also visited Brugman and van Zundert, but Sanidump stood head and shoulders above the rest. Happy with our purchase. We are going to enjoy our beautiful new bathroom and toilet room .. Bas and Mieke 👍
