A customer of Jansen for several years; mainly for the maintenance of the CV. Recently had a new boiler hanging and 2 radiators replaced today. All employees I have been in contact with are simply great. From quotation to installation. Unfortunately, the delivery of the radiators took a bit longer, but it is of course also the busiest time of the year, and if the factory cannot deliver, it will just be waiting. Very friendly contact person and the guys who came to replace the radiators today are really great! Friendly, neatly delivered and everything tidy. Very nice :) Usually the same guy comes to maintain the boiler, who is also a top guy; always friendly and helpful. I can't agree with the bad reviews here, but maybe I always have the good people? And well, things can go wrong. The point is whether it is also resolved properly. Nothing to complain about either. Anyway, I will feel warm again in the near future!

Mechanic had shut off the water to make a repair. When I then offered him a cup of Nespresso, he suddenly had to go to the toilet. Unfortunately, my daughter had also just used the toilet and the reservoir was empty. What I smelled at the time is impossible to describe ..... the whole house smelled or if one had kept a herd of water buffalo. After having put 17 mouth caps over each other and a spray can of Ax Africa, it was a little tough. When the mechanic had left, we opened all the windows and celebrated Grandma's birthday, who was actually only a week later, because then we could light 89 candles and this benefited the air. Great day with the company Jansen!
