Purchased two bars online three days ago and there's none left!
Most producers of nougat seem to struggle with consistency, either too hard or too chewy. Not Holy Noga, their confection has a mellow, creamy mouthfeel that makes it soo special you want to pick another bit, and another, and another...
Tip
I've eaten a lot of nougat (one of my favorite sweets) over the years but this one is hands down the best I've ever had! Our piece did not survive the evening and we can't wait to order something new!
The quality of the bon-bons and nougat is heavenly! Almost addictive 😳
