Boy, what a .... company. Never and never do business with this company. Remove something immediately because it gives a bad image. This company deserves a minus score. Not a single star. I have been trying to get in touch by email and phone for a long time, but I get treated with rudeness and phone hangs up like that. You will not be addressed properly and I can continue like this for a while. This company has helped my life ..... so far. We have not been able to do anything financially through them for 10 years.

Moeilijk bereikbaar, en jammer dat ze mij in de BKR registratie zijn vergeten uit te schrijven. Verder wel prima, en makkelijk (extra)aflossen.

very bad company, we pay so much interest for a revolving credit and if you need money they ask again to review all the documents that takes days. You cannot submit the application earlier either, because then you pay interest until you really have the money. We are now in payment issues because our application has not yet been approved! Very very bad!

Worthless company ... since they have had the site off the air they have only given misery. When the site was back up there was no withdrawal of even one euro possible. Now after more than 7 weeks still nothing possible ... Oh ... now got a message about an overhaul ..... Also taking 2 weeks..Calling does not help ...... or ... yes, sir, we now have you at the top of the Well done and at the latest in 2 days you will know more .... Enjoy your dream .. Even after 2 days no message ..... Please switch on the Kifid. Have been a customer for years, but that is over now ... Good luck Defam with your mess.

Very bad experience with this company. Interest payable is added directly to the outstanding amount. When you make an extra repayment, the excess interest paid is deducted from the outstanding amount. So far it is true. However, the excess interest paid is not deducted from all additional repayments. When a question is counted about this, you will receive a message that will be contacted within 10 working days. After more than a month (and extra mail) still no response. Advice, stay away from here, questions / problems will not be answered.
