Solid truck, quick and friendly responses. Unfortunately it takes 2 weeks before you have the deposit back.

Apparently you will not be called back if there are no vans in stock. Update: Called back with apologies. They had a week-long IT outage.

The vans are clearly used, but for your average job or relocation that is no problem. They are inexpensive, flexible - you can pick them up and return them at any time at the end of the rental period. Some things you need to know - standard deductible is € 1100, you can lower it to € 300 for 12.50 a day, in winter you get winter tire allowance (almost € 6 per day). But even then it remains cheaper than most alternatives.
