The people here are very kind and they try their best to remember who you are and what you like. I went for a balayage, which takes a few hours the first time. The staff was very patient and kind!

Been coming here with my daughters for years. But today went to trim my daughters hair as usual. Normally no problems with the regular workers. But today helped by someone who did not take the time to properly comb my daughter's hair and thought let me put in the scissors. As a result, more than twice as much was taken off as agreed. Result was therefore very disappointed. I really don't come here anymore because of this treatment.
