Roelse Makelaardij is in my experience a very bad party, stay far away from this as a tenant! They fail to get the deposit refunded for months. Emailed and called dozens of times but it came to nothing. It turned out that they had not even contacted the landlord for months. If you want to view a house, everything is pushed aside and the red carpet is rolled out, but tenants are not earned, so they do not care at all whether you get your money back. Very disrespectful and unprofessional.

Very nice broker! Helped us a lot when we needed a new home. Always available, even at half past eleven in the evening, people still respond to e-mail. Easy going and keeps appointments. Really recommended!
