Due to a previous positive experience, we chose April brokers. Once again, we have experienced the broker's guidance as very service-oriented, pleasant and honest. The fixed, appropriate price included valuable and detailed advice from a home stylist and a professional photo reportage, including 360 degree recordings and video. Although we initially wondered whether a home stylist is really necessary, we have learned that this certainly has added value. The photo report highlighted all the strengths of our house and its surroundings, precisely the points why we chose the house 20+ years ago and have lived there with so much pleasure all those years.
