Awful service, diagnose and repairs were supposed to have a 10 year guarantee and even if works probed to be useless a couple days after, one month of messages, calls and emails remain unattended. Problem has turned to legal services now, please be careful yourselves. Work on repairs was also dirty and not finished even under the promise to return and clean after themselves.

My advice: do not work with this company! My experiences are unfortunately very similar to the other negative reviews. DDM insulated the roof and replaced the tiles (early September). It went reasonably well in the beginning, a bit chaotic, not meeting appointments, showing up later, etc., but I was still reasonably satisfied. But unfortunately the work delivered is not good and I am struggling with leaks. Communication is difficult. In the meantime (2 months later) I made an appointment with them 7 times to come and fix the leak, and 7 times they did not come. Sometimes with an excuse, sometimes without speaking. Very frustrating. They had also promised me documents that I need to apply for a sustainability subsidy. Despite my repeated requests, I never received those documents. In the meantime, I have a feeling that they have no intention of ever coming to fix the leak they caused and that they are just stringing me on. I am very dissatisfied. Again: choose another company!

Wrong side used on the roof. Not all sides replaced. Leakage after the job. Work not performed everywhere. And now refuse any contact. Simply scammers. Work under several names in our case Royal roofing

DO NOT JOIN THIS COMPANY !!!! After a complete renovation of the roof, placing rafters, battens, roof tiles and trespa around the house as sheeting, it now appears that the water barrier on my roof has not been placed back correctly. Consequence; Major damage to all wood parts that have not yet been replaced (due to incorrect measurement by DDM, these are rotten due to leakage. Company, employees do not contact you after emails, do not respond to calls, text messages and leave you with the damage. Tip! engage all possible authorities against them and bring them a case through legal aid

The leak will be resolved as soon as possible after accepting the quotation. At the same time, the ridge tile openings would be lubricated closed. This is half done and for some dark reason only done on one side. Made an appointment more than 6 times to finish this but again and again no one shows up. They are not available by phone during the day, only between 8:00 and 8:30. Appointments are not honored if something has to be completed, they are not available. Just like the guarantee they promise is nothing at all. They will only come along if they can raise a lot of money. Not recommended. Look for a better company that keeps its promises and delivers serious work. Converters and exploiters who are only after money and demand far too high amounts and take advantage of the fact that you do not dare or cannot go on the roof yourself because of your age. Find another company this is known as a super rip-off.
