Bad experience with Expert Soest with having the product delivered and paying extra for unpacking, bringing the box and explaining how the product works. She wanted to leave without explanation and when I asked about it, the explanation took 1 minute. Even part of the packaging was left behind. They flew in and were gone in no time. Didn't feel good. A waste of my money afterwards. Called Expert, my story was not believed. Not a pleasant telephone conversation, as a customer I do not feel I have been taken seriously! I hardly ever post a review, only if it's a good one, but now because it really doesn't feel right. I no longer buy from Expert!
