Last weekend I stood at the BCC to buy a blow dryer. No one came to help and not all the blower dryers on display were there. I stood waiting and a manager walked by with a colleague, both had no time to help me but said someone would come in am few minutes,. A few turned into 10 and I left the store with no blow dryer. This is not the first time this has happened at the BCC. Don't wait your time going here. Bike up the street to Theo Obdeijn on the Gijsbrecht van Amstel. Personal service and the prices are the same!

On August 2019, we bought an AEG stove from store in Hilversum. We had a defect with our oven door leaking which was repaired in March 2020. We made the service appointment below as we again have the same problem with our oven 7 months after repair. Terrible service and no repair assistance. You don't buy any of them. We bought this oven for a lot of money and it broke down twice in 7 months and I'm sure it will happen again.

Very tired employees. Looks as if no one wants to be there simply. "no" is more of less what you can expect for.

Very good service usually, everyone is up to date with product knowledge and suggestions, however today I got a lady to help me who gave me very bad advice. Told me it's cheeper to buy a whole new product instead of replacing a blade on a Philips shaver. Plus she gave me a new packed one saying it costs 59euro, as I was about to pay the price was 89euro. I did not buy it and learned once I got home, that I can in fact buy new blades for 25euro instead of replacing an entire shaver. Not one of the best sales assistants :((
