We handed in our sons computer on the 4th December. They didn't give us anymore info at all and then when we called to follow up they wwre closed for the holiday period without a summary of what was happening. We called again and we were told that there was a mishap with the delivery of the new part. They said they'd contact us to tell us when we could expect it to be repaired. They didn't. My husband had to follow up. We are now on the 8th Jan. Still no follow up. Unacceptable and shocking service.

Limited stock and no card payment facility. So app transfer or cash only. However very knowledgeable and helpful. Would recommend!

Amazing customer service and a very friendly business. Went there after having purchased a new desktop piece by piece from different stores as my motherboard needed an update to accommodate the new amd processors. Next day in the morning the motherboard was ready. It's a shame I can only give 5 stars

Very professional and trustworthy PC shop. They do also repair and assemble things. And prices depends on assembly parts. Either way, it is cheaper than normal PC and media shop.
