Unfortunately a very negative experience. All kinds of unnecessary work has been performed, but the problem has not been resolved. A hefty invoice. After a very unpleasant conversation about this over the phone, I agreed to halve it. In retrospect, with some regret, because the problem has not been solved.

Incompetent: Couldn't find a simple leak in the gutter. Sent an invoice for an hour and a half of work, which was rectified after protest.

Work was always fine. Unfortunately, we were disappointed with the customer service.

Rarely treated so arrogantly. First I was told that there would be time for an appointment only after a week. I explain that I am without hot water and I emphasize the importance of someone coming soon. There is clearly no interest in it but I am told that I am being called. Called again after a week; they have clearly forgotten me. When the owner comes to drive, I first get a sermon about the "fiddling work in the house" and that I could have done something myself and then I get to hear that Mr. has no time for now. And that I should have made it clearer on the telephone what the intention was .......... Especially the way in which things were put forward was shocking; customer friendliness is clearly not a priority at this company.
