I had an appointment at 15:00, I was there at 14:45. When I got there I had no mask so i talked to the reception there that I have an appointment ... she told me that i need to wear a face mask and i was seeing a box of masks next to the table.. I had to go to the centrum and when I came back I was also there before my appointment in case that i dont miss the appointment. there was people coming after me and entering before me the employee there took m resident permit and i was waiting already for an hour they came back and told me we can not open a bank account for you!!!!! imagine waiting there for an hour and for nothing !! i told her at least she should have given me an early notice.. she replied: I was busy !! that is one of the worst banks i faced in my life .. disrespecting the customers and so inconvenient !
