When you have to apply for a new pass, you are met by a very grumpy employee who then gives a note that I have to call a certain number. Called that number and it says I have to go back for some missing data. I go back to the same man, since he is the only ing employee. I mention that I called and had to go back for ... and I was interrupted that he was unable to apply for the pass and said that just now. No sir I don't ask that either. After naming this a few times, he finally let me explain what needed to be done and finally did. To end it neatly I wished him a nice day and all that came out was 'joe'. From now on to a further ing point.

Opening hours ING is not correct and when you say something about it you are being told by a very miserable Bruna employee. All in all, my desire to buy a scratch card was also immediately gone. Toppie!
