This is a broker that I will not recommend. Does not keep agreements. A house was offered on Funda. Contacted by telephone for a viewing. We'd be called back. Not called back a week later. Contacted directly with the broker again. Viewing done. Then the question arose for how long we wanted to rent. And eight months. He indicated that in principle the house was only rented out for an indefinite period ... ???? I think eight months is also indefinite. Anyway, there would be consultations with the buyer and then he would have something to hear. This has been over two months now, and nothing has been heard. Typical case of too good an economy ... Final conclusion ... DOES NOT RECOMMEND THIS BROKER. THEY CANNOT COMMUNICATE !!! 😤😢😤
