I went here to post something, and it took me a while to find it so hence one star deduction (the sign is a little easily overlooked, luckily the google pinpoint is VERY accurate). Otherwise great, they sold me the envelope as well. The ladies in there unfortunately couldn't speak English, but we were able to communicate enough for me to get my parcel on the way, so still fine and no reason to deduct a star!
Friendly staff
Very nice primera! Thinking along, even while they were closed, and I saw that Roy was still present, I knocked and I could still get my package. All employees have respect for the health care workers, including Roy!
I therefore cannot agree with the negative reviews.
Cluttered shop with all those parcels. But the worst part is that I have to go downtown for office supplies because here they have almost nothing.
Two packages have been sent, but they have mixed up the packages and they have been sent to the wrong recipient.
In the meantime I have sent the packages somewhere else and I get the response: should you have come to us. They don't want to meet me and there's no excuse.
Very poor customer service! Thinking in solutions and not in problems.
