Not customizable. After a trial lesson with my 7 year old son I had a good first impression. We had not agreed on a start date, because I first had to pay a number of lessons in advance. However, today, March 2, I received an app from Luiza that she had been waiting for my son for 5 minutes, because she thought he would start today, without first agreeing a start date. I immediately called her because I didn't understand this. I couldn't just leave home either. Her answer was "too bad, because he starts today, whether he likes it or not". I thought it was strange that my son suddenly had to come to an unannounced piano lesson, because otherwise the chance was lost. Too bad for my son, because he was so excited to start.
