The place to go for Gi an No Gi BJJ, Ne waza, wrestling.. The whole shabang really.

Apex is a very open minded and technical place to practise BJJ and grappling. This sport is like a game of chess. Technique defeats power. At Apex we learn creative techniques and there are often seminars. Apex is very helpful to new people and great in teaching the art of BJJ. This sport is individual but together we participate tournaments as one.
