Hello, I have already sent a letter to Zwolle twice (which I know of), we are a month further and the letters have not arrived. In this corona time it may take longer .... but a month and not yet received .. I brought the letters and gave them personally to Noorderhagen 80 in Enschede. I have also told my complaint, they responded laconically and said that the post to Zwolle was done by post nl ..... Before I bought stamps I was assured that the mail would be delivered within 24 hours. I am therefore very disappointed !! In this

Meanwhile received a response from MSG and I can't do anything with it. Apparently they find a rate increase of 100% quite normal. The account manager in question is also no longer employed by the company. In the meantime, they have also received a reminder from this company in which they set up an additional 9 euros as reminder costs. Bad company and I advise everyone to record the agreements in writing because this party cannot be trusted. I'm going to pay the bill and I'm all done with this club. From me a minus 1!
