They decide automatically, on your behalf, and based on ridiculous far-from-realistic requirements that you cannot rent something, even if you think otherwise.

At the beginning of this week I found out that I had overlooked an email about a draw because it ended up in my spam. Via telephone contact they did not want to help me to add my girlfriend's email address to the account. After all, this was possible via the website. However, her data was already listed there. We then tried to schedule an appointment via email to view the apartment, but this was not possible on a Saturday. Fine, I was not aware of and this is just a proposal. A day later I got a call, but unfortunately could not answer because I was working. In the message I hear a slightly irritated lady say that they assume, without notice, that we are no longer interested in the house. I call back a day later to explain the above, after which an irritated lady answers again. She mentions that a note has been made that we are difficult to reach and do not respond to email messages. In any case, we have decided to look for a new home through another company. Tip for the company to get started with the feedback.

Absolutely no responses to requests regarding the 22-year-old bathroom on M. Roosenboomlaan, it falls apart from misery and the frame just starts to crumble! however, as soon as they are 1 day late with the rent, they wake up at MVGM, a worthless company this

Especially the service as a tenant is worthless. We had sent an email about a few defects in the rental house: toilet keeps flushing, thermostat of the shower does not work and the gas burners sometimes fail. After about a month still no response from MVGM, until we suddenly received a survey about how our contact had been with the landlord. Of course, all filled in with the worst numbers, because we have just been ignored. And yes, that same week we get a phone call to visit us tomorrow. If you can, DO NOT choose MVGM.

I try to hire from this company, but the lady at the desk was not very friendly when we told our story. Apparently she has not developed customer-friendliness with her 25 years of experience. But I still looked at the possibilities, today, as agreed, neatly returned to what I was going to find out. After a long, neat e-mail containing some requests and questions, I only received a short response wishing me success in finding a suitable accommodation for me. I am very disappointed in this short-sighted way of working of this company, which, in addition to not developing customer-friendliness, also does not think along in solutions and / or customization. It would be a good thing for this company to invest energy in this.
